Who funds this

lashmatrix.org is funded and operated by LashPlus Corporation Limited (Hong Kong), a company in lash manufacturing. This is the page where that is stated in full; it is not repeated in page footers, because the library is meant to be read as a reference and not as a company's outpost.

The funding arrangement changes nothing about what is published here. The library sells no products, carries no product links, runs no advertising, and takes no payment for a map, a term or an artist to be included. Nothing on any map page is placed, ordered or withheld on a commercial basis.

Why a manufacturer pays for a free library

Training schools each publish their own maps and none of them align, so a technician who moves between them starts over. A school cannot fix that — its maps are part of what it charges for. A retail brand publishing one would be selling something. A manufacturer that does not sell to technicians here has the unusual position of being able to publish a common reference without needing it to convert. That is the whole arrangement, stated plainly so it can be judged.

What is ours

Every map, zone diagram, length curve, spacing diagram and failure diagram on this site is drawn by the lashmatrix.org desk and carries the site mark. Screenshot them, print them, put them on a salon wall, use them in teaching. That is what they are for and no permission is needed.

What is not ours

The eye-shape reference photographs are not ours and we do not claim them. Their sourcing, and how to have one removed within 24 hours, is on the photograph sources page.

Photographs of applied lash work appear only as an official embed from the artist's own account, credited to the artist, and vanish the moment the artist deletes the post. They are never copied onto this site.
