Also called open eye, doe eye, baby doll. The same layout is meant in each case — the name changes, the geometry does not.

A doll-eye lash map puts the length over the centre so the eye reads as open and rounder. Searchers also call this open eye or baby doll. It is the effect that most reliably enlarges an eye and the one that most reliably backfires: on a shape that is already round it adds roundness nobody asked for. The nine maps here differ mainly in how far the peak moves off centre before it stops being a doll eye at all.
